Free and Pro

What each plan allows, what happens when you downgrade, and why that is better than deleting.

Two plans.

There is no way to get more than 3 shops per account. Archived shops do not count towards the limit.

Trials and a cancelled-but-still-paid period count as Pro until the paid period actually ends.

What Free actually limits

Five products per shop

Free allows 5 products per shop. Saving a sixth is refused with a note, and an AI Photo Upload stops at the same line: it fills the shop up to five and leaves the rest of the batch uncreated.

This is a limit on creating a product. Products you already have are never touched by it.

Support tickets

On Free, the support page itself stays readable — the roadmap and any earlier tickets you opened on Pro. Only opening a new ticket or replying in one is Pro; the button is disabled with a note and a link to the subscription page.

Going back to Free never deletes anything

Every shop, product, order and custom domain stays stored and editable in the dashboard. Only the public storefront is limited:

  • exactly one shop stays reachable
  • it shows at most 5 products — featured first, then the oldest; the rest are hidden from visitors, not deleted
  • connected custom domains stop resolving, and the shop is reachable at its /<shop-slug> address again

Owners with several shops choose in the dashboard which one stays online; the default is the oldest. The notice on Overview and on Products states exactly what is currently hidden.

Upgrading back to Pro restores everything immediately — there is no restore step and nothing to re-publish.

Use Free as a pause

This is the point: if you need to stop for a season, downgrade rather than delete.

Account deletion is irreversible. Downgrading is not. Deleting also requires every shop to be archived first; the archived shops, with their orders and invoices, stay stored, but you can no longer log in to them. See Your account.

At the shop limit

The Add new shop entry in the shop switcher is disabled with a note saying why. An archived shop can only be reactivated while a slot is free — archive one to make room. See Several shops.
