From sign-up to live shop
The short path — what happens in the first ten minutes, and what you still have to decide yourself.

There is no shop-creation form. The first time you open the dashboard an empty shop is created for you and you land in Settings to fill in the basics. The whole dashboard is available from day one — nothing is locked or hidden for new accounts.
If you started on the landing page — a product photo, then the shop's name, language, currency and a sentence about it, with the AI's own proposals for the name, the sentence and the look one tap away — that is what your first shop is made of: the photo is already your first product, the basics are filled in, and the designer begins the first design by itself the moment your account exists. The steps below are then largely done; check the address and the rest of the settings once the design is there.
The ten-minute path
Fill in the basics
Settings → General and Settings → Address. The address is not bureaucracy: the AI writes your legal texts from it, your invoices print it, and the country you pick decides where your Stripe payout account is created.
Only EU countries, Switzerland and Liechtenstein can be chosen — the platform accepts merchants seated there.
Create at least one product
Products → Add Product. One is enough to start. See Creating a product.
Let the AI build the storefront
Design. Describe your business and the AI generates the whole storefront — pages, blocks, texts, images, colours, and stock videos where they fit.
If you open the designer before a product exists and before the essential settings are filled in, it says so. Generation still works, the result is just more generic. Products and company details are what make the texts specific to your business.
Add a logo
Settings → General, under Logo & Favicon. Upload one, or have the AI design one — that option unlocks once the shop design exists, because it builds on your theme colours. See Shop basics.
Switch on a payment method
Settings → Payment Methods, and connect Stripe under Payouts. Nothing is preselected: a new shop starts with no payment method at all.
Fill in the legal texts
Settings → Legal & Compliance. The AI drafts all five from your company data. Read them and replace anything still in brackets.
Publish
Design → Publish. See Going live for what has to be true before visitors can actually reach the shop.
What guides you through it
The Overview page carries a setup checklist that always highlights the next open step. It walks through shop basics, first product, shop design, logo & favicon, shipping, payment method, payouts, legal pages, SEO and publishing — plus a custom-domain step on Pro. See The setup checklist.
What you can put off
- Shipping — only matters if you ship physical goods. A shop selling services, digital goods or subscriptions needs no shipping countries at all, and its footer then shows no shipping link.
- SEO texts — every field falls back to a generated value.
- Your own domain — the shop is reachable at
/your-shop-namefrom the start. A domain is a Pro feature you can add later without rebuilding anything.
