Money never passes through 10mShop
Payments settled through Stripe run as direct charges on your own Stripe account. 10mShop keeps no fee on your sales, on any plan.
Stripe deducts its usual transaction fees — around 3.2%, depending on payment method and country — from each payment. That Stripe fee and the net amount are shown per order in the Orders list and on the order detail page.
Invoice and cash orders never touch Stripe and carry no fee at all.
The order to set it up in
Connect Stripe
Payouts. Stripe's completed verification is the platform's one identity check before a shop may sell.
Switch on payment methods
Settings → Payment Methods. A new shop starts with none.
Payment methods are only offered at checkout once your Stripe account is connected and can accept charges — and that applies to invoice and cash too. Until verification is done, customers cannot pay at all.
Set up shipping, if you ship
Settings → Shipping & Delivery. Skip it entirely for subscriptions, services or digital goods.
Fill in the legal texts
Settings → Legal & Compliance. Without all five, the shop stays unreachable.
What happens when a customer buys
Inventory is reserved the moment the order is placed — not when it is paid.
A PDF invoice in your shop's language is issued and attached to the order confirmation email (unless you switched With invoice off under Settings → Notifications). Customers can also download it in their account; you can on the order detail page.
For a Stripe payment, Stripe sets the payment status. For cash or invoice orders you mark the order paid yourself when the money arrives.
Shipments set the fulfilment status. See Shipments.
Refunds are credit notes
There is no separate "refund" button. You issue a credit note over any amount up to what is left of the order, and for Stripe-paid orders the money is refunded out of your own Stripe balance automatically.
