Contact Requests in the sidebar collects the messages sent through your shop's contact forms.
The list
A status filter — new / in progress / resolved — as a checkbox dropdown, all ticked by default and remembered per browser. Plus CSV export.
New requests appear on the Overview page and are tinted until you open them.
Where they come from
Your shop's /contact page, and any custom page whose
AI-generated layout included a contact form — asking for one
in the page description is enough.
A customer's requests are also listed on their customer detail page.
Getting told about a new one
Switch on New contact request under Settings → Notifications.
