AI credits
What consumes credits, how to read the two bars in the sidebar, and how to get more.

Every AI feature consumes credits: layout generation, text improvement, image generation, logo generation and its change rounds, and the products AI Photo Upload drafts from pictures.
Credits are included in your subscription, and extra packages can be bought.
The balance in the sidebar
At the bottom of the sidebar: the current balance as a number, above one or two bars.
The monthly bar
Shows the remaining amount as a filled stroke over a lighter ghost segment marking your plan's monthly allowance — what a fresh month refills to, on the same scale. Its label spells out remaining / allowance.
The purchased bar
Appears once you have bought credits. It shows just the remaining amount: bought credits never refill, so that pot has no ceiling to draw.
Every length is drawn on one shared scale, so the strokes compare directly: 100 monthly next to 150 purchased makes the monthly stroke two thirds as long.
The balance updates by itself after every AI action. Clicking it opens the subscription page.
Buying more

AI Credits tab.
- Purchased credits never expire.
- Billed in your currency — CHF, EUR or USD — at the same numeric amount, just like the subscription plans.
Earning credits through support
Two kinds of support ticket earn credits:

| Bug | 10 credits | Once we confirm it is one |
| Idea / missing feature | 30 credits | Once we have actually shipped it |
In both cases the ticket shows the verdict as a badge, and the credits land on your account right after.
