Support and roadmap
Opening a ticket, what earns credits, and where to see what is coming.
Support in the sidebar is where you reach us: ask a question or report a problem, optionally with a screenshot, and we answer in the ticket itself.
Ticket types
A ticket is filed as a bug, an idea, a question, a billing matter or something else.
Two of those earn AI credits:
| Type | Worth | Awarded |
|---|---|---|
| Bug | 10 credits | Once we confirm it is one |
| Idea / missing feature | 30 credits | Once we have actually shipped it |
The ticket shows the verdict as a badge, and the credits land on your account right after.
Check the roadmap first
Next to the ticket list — under it on smaller screens — Upcoming features shows what we are building next, each entry marked planned, in progress or shipped.
It is worth a look before writing an idea: what is already on that list is already taken, so nobody has to file it a second time.
What the plans allow
The page itself is open on every plan — the roadmap and your own tickets, including ones you opened on Pro and then went back to Free.
Opening a new ticket or replying in one is part of Pro. On Free the button is disabled with a note saying so and a link to the subscription page.
The in-app assistant
The dashboard also has a chatbot — the 10mShop Assistant — that answers questions about finding your way around. It knows the product, not your data, and it cannot see your shop.
For anything that needs us to look at your account, open a ticket.
