Where the addresses come from, your unsubscribe link, and what the platform does not do.

Newsletter in the sidebar lists the email addresses collected through your shop's newsletter forms and customers who ticked the marketing opt-in. With CSV export.
Not to be confused with Subscriptions, which are recurring product subscriptions your customers pay for.
The platform does not send newsletters
10mShop collects the addresses; it does not send marketing email yet. Owners use their own mail tool.
Your unsubscribe link
At the top of the page sits your shop's unsubscribe link —
/<your-shop-slug>/newsletter/unsubscribe — with a copy button. It is meant
for the footer of the marketing emails you send yourself.
How it behaves:
A recipient who opens it enters their address and is taken off the list.
If that address belongs to a customer, their marketing opt-in is withdrawn with it.
The page never reveals whether an address was on the list — which is what keeps it from being used to check whether someone is your customer.
Appending ?email= followed by the recipient's address (mail merge) pre-fills
the field.
The page works even while your shop is offline — a paused plan, missing legal texts. An unsubscribe link that stops working because the shop is temporarily down would be exactly the wrong thing.
The marketing opt-in is a newsletter subscription
Your shop's signup form offers an optional marketing email opt-in checkbox — unchecked by default, and also passed through Google sign-up.
- A customer who ticks it appears in this list, exactly like a visitor who used the storefront's newsletter form.
- Customers can change the choice any time in their account's profile tab, and unticking it removes them from this list again.
- The timestamp of the decision is recorded, and the customer detail page shows you whether marketing email is allowed.
Removing an address from this list does not change the customer's recorded consent. The consent record and the mailing list are two different things.
The opt-in governs marketing email only. Order and shipping emails are transactional and always sent.
Getting told about a new subscriber
Switch on New newsletter subscriber under Settings → Notifications.
