TWINT, cards and wallets
Your customers pay with TWINT, cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe, and the money goes straight to your bank account. 10mShop takes no sales fee; Stripe charges its own fee per payment.
The QR-bill on every invoice
Customers who pay by invoice get the Swiss QR-bill with it, to SIX's current standard, with a QR-IBAN or your ordinary IBAN. Incoming payments are matched with your e-banking file: upload the camt.054 or camt.053 file and the matching orders are marked paid.
Swiss VAT without a spreadsheet
Each product gets a tax category, and 10mShop takes the right rate from your country and the date. Invoices show the VAT the law asks for, and orders to the EU are handled as exports.
Legal texts and your languages
Imprint, privacy policy, terms, cookie policy and the right of withdrawal are drafted by the AI from your company data, under Swiss law when you deliver within Switzerland only. Your shop speaks German, French, Italian or any of 22 languages.

- Can I offer TWINT in my shop?
- Yes. TWINT comes through Stripe for shops in Switzerland. TWINT reviews each shop once before switching it on, so you request it in the payment settings as soon as your shop is online.
- Can customers pay by invoice?
- Yes. Pay by invoice, cash and pickup are built in on every plan, without any fee, and with a Swiss bank account every invoice carries the QR-bill.
- Does my shop need a cookie banner?
- Not by default. The built-in analytics stores nothing on your visitors' devices, so your shop runs without a banner. Only when you switch on Meta or Google ads tracking does the shop show a consent banner by itself.
