Checkout runs on Stripe, the world's most widely used payment platform: all major cards, TWINT, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL and more — Stripe automatically shows each customer the methods that fit their country and your currency. Card details never touch our servers (PCI DSS Level 1, 3-D Secure and fraud detection included) and payouts go straight to your bank account. There is no sales fee from 10mShop — only Stripe's own transaction fees are deducted (approx. 3.2%, depending on payment method); shipping zones, free-shipping thresholds, discount codes and volume discounts are built in.

10mShop deducts nothing from your sales — there is no sales fee on any plan. Payments run directly through your own Stripe account; Stripe deducts its usual transaction fees there (approx. 3.2%, depending on payment method and country) and pays the rest out to your bank account. Fee and net amount are shown on every order in your dashboard — orders paid by invoice or cash never touch Stripe and carry no fee at all.

By default, no: the built-in analytics is cookieless and stores nothing on your visitors' devices — your shop runs without any banner. The moment you enable tracking for Meta or Google ads, your shop shows a GDPR-compliant consent banner automatically: the ad scripts only load after an explicit yes, declining is exactly as easy as accepting, and the decision can be withdrawn at any time. The tracking itself comes with the Pro plan, the banner at no extra cost. Nothing to install — you only need to briefly update your privacy and cookie policies with the AI's help.

Yes. With pay-by-invoice, every invoice from a shop with a Swiss or Liechtenstein bank account automatically carries the QR payment part with receipt to SIX's current standard — with a QR-IBAN and QR reference, or with your ordinary IBAN and a Creditor Reference. Your customers scan the code in their e-banking and pay without typing anything. You reconcile incoming payments with a file: upload the credit notification (camt.054) or the account statement (camt.053) from your e-banking in the dashboard, check the preview, confirm — and the matching orders are marked paid. Neither 10mShop nor Stripe takes a cut.
